Holly Ham

VP of Customer Success

Holly Ham came to this country 44 years ago without knowing English at the age of 7. Ten years later, she graduated #11 in her class. She skipped 11th grade after her high school counselor said that she had enough credit hours to graduate if she took 2 classes the summer after 10th grade.

From there, she attended the University of Houston and graduated with a BBA in Management Information Systems in 1994 and was offered a job in Finland (of all places!). Her professional and personal development in Finland was a unique experience that shaped her into a global thinker.

Holly's career after returning to Texas included steady advancements. She joined EDS in 1998 and moved to different roles and business units taking on more responsibilities and leadership roles. She returned to the University of Houston for her MBA and graduated as a member of Beta Gamma Sigma. She was with EDS/HP for 18 years.

In 2017, Holly was appointed by the President of the United States to run management at the U.S. Department of Education. She stayed a public servant and in the federal government for 4 years as a senior official at the Commerce Department, Housing and Urban Development, and a White House initiative.

After leaving the federal government, Holly returned to the private sector as a Chief Growth Officer for Precise Software Solutions, Inc. helping the firm drive strategic growth across governments and new markets. From there, she stayed in federal government contracting and is currently with Macannie, Inc., serving as VP of Customer Success.

She lives in Houston, Texas with her husband and two children.
